Common Questions

Do our staff need any prior AI knowledge to attend the orientation workshop?
No prior knowledge is needed. The workshop is specifically designed for team members who use standard office tools day-to-day and have had little or no exposure to AI applications. Participants work through practical examples using tools they could realistically adopt in their roles.
How is the AI Process Audit conducted — does it disrupt our operations?
We plan observation days carefully with department leads to minimize any disruption. Most of the audit work happens through structured conversations and document review, with observation limited to specific workflow steps agreed in advance. Teams generally report the process is less intrusive than expected.
What types of AI applications are typically covered in the Pilot Program?
Pilot programs are shaped around each client's needs, but common applications include automated document processing, customer inquiry classification, internal knowledge search, and report drafting. We work with you to select a scope that is meaningful but manageable within the four-week live period.
Can we start with the orientation workshop and move to an audit later?
